We send all orders within 5 Business days (unless otherwise stated i.e. pre-order) and use various couriers & occasionally Australia Post.
Delivery windows vary depending on the area it's being delivered to. Estimated time frames are listed below:
Perth: 1 - 2 Business Days (Excludes Regional Areas)
Melbourne: 3 - 8 Business Days
Sydney: 4 - 8 Business Days
Brisbane: 5 - 8 Business Days
Adelaide: 4 - 8 Business Days
Hobart: 5 - 8 Business Days
Darwin: 12 - 15 Business Days

There are no returns or refunds available for sale items.
All items leaving our warehouse are inspected and packed appropriately.
In the unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
While we always hope and wish you love your brand new item(s) as much as we do, we understand sometimes things happen! Please contact us within 48 Hours of receipt of goods. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If 48 Hours has gone by since your item(s) have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded. Clearance, discounted and sale items cannot be refunded.
We will only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged.
